The Serenity Difference
We are not another booking platform. We are Moroccan-born storytellers who design journeys as personal as the travelers who take them.
Our Story
Serenity Morocco Tours was not conceived in a corporate boardroom or a Silicon Valley startup accelerator. It was born from a lifetime of walking through the medinas of Fes at dawn, watching the light shift across Erg Chebbi at sunset, and sharing mint tea with Berber families in the High Atlas. Our founders grew up in Morocco -- exploring every corner of this vast and varied kingdom, from the windswept Atlantic coast of Essaouira to the date palm oases of the Draa Valley, from the cobalt alleyways of Chefchaouen to the ancient tanneries of the imperial cities. This is not a country we studied from travel guides. It is the country that raised us.
That distinction matters more than any marketing claim we could make. When you book with a large international tour aggregator, your itinerary is typically assembled from a catalog of pre-packaged modules, sold by someone who may never have set foot in the places they are describing. Your driver might be contracted through a third party. Your hotel might be chosen because it pays the highest commission, not because it offers the best experience. The person who answers your questions before departure is often different from the one who handles your trip on the ground, and neither may understand the nuances of Moroccan culture, cuisine, or geography with any real depth.
At Serenity, every tour is designed and operated by our own team. We do not outsource your experience. Our guides are not freelancers picked from a rotating pool -- they are full-time members of our family who have undergone months of training in history, gastronomy, language, and the subtle art of reading what a guest needs before they ask. Our drivers own their vehicles, maintain them to exacting standards, and know every mountain pass and shortcut in the country. When we recommend a riad in the Marrakech medina or a luxury desert camp in Merzouga, it is because we have personally inspected every room, tasted the breakfast, and verified that the standard matches what our guests expect.
We maintain direct, long-standing relationships with Morocco's finest accommodation providers. The general manager of the Royal Mansour knows our guests by name. The chef at our partner riad in Fes prepares a special pastilla for Serenity travelers because we asked him years ago and he has never stopped. The Berber family who hosts our private dinners in the Atlas Mountains has been welcoming our guests for seven years, and their children now help serve the meal. These relationships cannot be replicated by an algorithm or a booking engine. They are earned through years of mutual respect, repeated visits, and a shared commitment to excellence.
Your Personal Guide to Morocco
Every Serenity journey begins with a conversation. You will be matched with a named travel designer who specializes in your particular interests and travel style.
Cultural Immersion
A historian by training with a particular passion for Islamic architecture and Andalusian heritage. Amina designs journeys that reveal the intellectual and artistic soul of Morocco -- from the medieval universities of Fes to the Saadian Tombs of Marrakech.
Desert & Adventure
Born in Erfoud at the edge of the Sahara, Youssef knows the desert the way a sailor knows the sea. He designs expeditions that go far beyond the standard camel ride, leading guests to fossil beds, nomadic encampments, and dunes that most visitors never see.
Luxury & Honeymoon
A former concierge at one of Morocco's most celebrated palace hotels, Sofia understands luxury at the molecular level. She curates honeymoon and celebration journeys that balance opulence with intimacy, surprise with comfort.
Family Travel
A father of four who has spent a decade perfecting the art of keeping children enchanted and parents relaxed. Hassan builds family itineraries with the right mix of adventure, education, downtime, and meals that even the pickiest eaters will love.
Culinary & Wellness
A trained chef who left the restaurant world to share Morocco's food culture with travelers. Laila arranges private cooking classes, market tours with local chefs, farm-to-table dinners, and wellness retreats at hammams and mountain lodges.

Our Commitment
Every journey we design is backed by four unbreakable commitments. These are not marketing slogans -- they are guarantees we honor without exception.
If any element of your trip falls short of the standard we promised, we will make it right during your journey or provide a proportional refund. We have honored this guarantee since our founding and have never had a guest leave Morocco disappointed.
If you find an identical itinerary -- same accommodations, same vehicle class, same guide quality, same inclusions -- at a lower price from a competing operator, we will match it. We are confident in our value because we control our supply chain directly, without middlemen markups.
Life is unpredictable. Cancel your trip up to 30 days before departure and receive a full refund of your deposit, no questions asked. Within 30 days, we offer flexible rebooking to any future date at no additional charge.
The price we quote is the price you pay. Meals, accommodations, transport, guide fees, entrance tickets, tips -- everything listed in your itinerary is included. We will never surprise you with surcharges, fuel levies, or "optional but expected" add-ons after you have committed.

Guest Voices
We have traveled extensively -- Patagonia, Bhutan, the Amalfi Coast -- and Serenity delivered the single best trip of our lives. Our guide, Rachid, did not just show us Fes; he introduced us to the city the way you would introduce a dear friend. He took us to a 600-year-old foundouk where a master coppersmith has worked for forty years, then to a hole-in-the-wall restaurant in the medina where the harira was transcendent. The riad they chose for us had a rooftop terrace overlooking the entire medina, and watching the sunset from there with a glass of Moroccan rosé is a memory I will carry forever. This is what travel should be.

I was skeptical about a luxury tour operator -- I am usually a solo backpacker. My wife convinced me to try Serenity for our anniversary, and I am glad she did. The difference is not just the nicer hotels. It is the access. We had a private dinner under the stars in the Sahara with no other tourists for miles. We visited a women's argan oil cooperative where the owner sat with us for an hour telling her story. Our driver, Mustafa, knew every scenic overlook in the Atlas Mountains and stopped whenever we wanted to photograph something. You cannot get this from a guidebook or a group tour. It is curated, personal, and worth every dirham.

The Alchemist's Dune, 8 days
Traveling with three children aged 5, 8, and 12 through a country we had never visited was daunting. Hassan designed an itinerary that somehow kept all three kids engaged without exhausting my husband and me. The camel ride in Merzouga was obviously a highlight, but the cooking class in Marrakech where our eldest learned to make pastilla, the treasure hunt through the Chefchaouen medina that Hassan organized, and the stargazing session in the desert where a local astronomer pointed out constellations -- these are the moments our children still talk about eight months later. The concierge texted us every morning with the day's plan and was available whenever we needed anything. It felt like traveling with a brilliant, incredibly organized friend.
