Planning a luxury Morocco tour through imperial cities

Your Journey, Our Expertise

How It Works

From your first inquiry to the moment your guide greets you at the airport, here is exactly how we turn your Morocco dream into reality.

1

The Starting Point

Share Your Vision

Every Serenity journey begins with a conversation, not a catalog. We want to understand not just where you want to go, but why. Are you celebrating an anniversary and seeking romance? Traveling with teenage children who need adventure? A photographer chasing golden-hour light across the Sahara? A food lover who dreams of learning to make pastilla from a Fes master chef? The more we understand about what moves you, the more extraordinary your itinerary will be.

You can reach us however is most convenient. Fill out our online inquiry form with as much or as little detail as you like. Send us a message on WhatsApp for a quick back-and-forth conversation. Or call us directly at +212 701 664 704. We typically respond within two hours during business hours, and always within 24 hours.

There are no forms to fill in triplicate, no pressure, and no commitment at this stage. We simply want to listen. Tell us your dates, your budget range, your interests, your travel style, and any special requirements. Traveling with someone who uses a wheelchair? Observing dietary restrictions? Bringing an infant? We have designed itineraries for all of these situations and more.

2

Your Personal Expert

Meet Your Travel Designer

Based on your interests and travel style, we match you with one of our named travel designers. This is not a generic customer service agent reading from a script -- it is a Morocco specialist who will become your single point of contact from this moment through the end of your trip and beyond.

If you are passionate about history and architecture, you will likely work with Amina, whose background in Islamic art history allows her to unlock layers of meaning at every site you visit. Planning a honeymoon? Sofia, a former luxury hotel concierge, knows every rooftop terrace, private dining spot, and sunset viewpoint in the country. Traveling with children? Hassan, a father of four, has spent a decade perfecting itineraries that keep kids delighted without exhausting parents. Dreaming of the Sahara? Youssef grew up at the edge of the desert and can read the dunes like a book. Craving culinary immersion? Laila, a trained chef, will connect you with the kitchens, markets, and meals that reveal Morocco through its food.

Your designer will schedule a call -- typically 20 to 30 minutes -- at a time that works for your timezone. This is not a sales pitch. It is a genuine conversation to understand your expectations, answer your questions about Morocco, and begin sketching the outline of your journey. Many of our guests say this call alone taught them things about Morocco they had never read anywhere.

3

Your Blueprint

Review Your Custom Itinerary

Within 48 hours of your designer call, you will receive a detailed, day-by-day itinerary tailored entirely to your conversation. This is not a template with your name pasted at the top. It is a bespoke travel document that reflects your specific interests, pace preferences, dietary needs, and budget.

Each day includes your accommodation (with photos and descriptions of the specific room category), planned activities and experiences, recommended dining options, driving distances and estimated travel times, and any relevant cultural context or preparation notes. You will also receive a transparent price breakdown showing exactly what is included and where every dirham of your investment goes. No hidden fees, no ambiguous line items, no surprises.

This is where the magic of working with a small, dedicated team becomes evident. If you want to swap a hotel for one you read about on a blog, we will tell you honestly whether it meets our standards and suggest alternatives if it does not. If you want to add a day in Chefchaouen or extend your desert experience, we adjust the entire itinerary seamlessly. Request as many revisions as you need -- there is no limit and no additional charge. We refine until you are genuinely excited about every single day.

4

Preparation

Confirm and Prepare

Once your itinerary is finalized, you secure your booking with a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your departure date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfers, and PayPal -- all processed through secure, encrypted channels. You receive a formal confirmation with your complete itinerary, terms, and payment receipt.

In the weeks before your trip, we send you a comprehensive pre-departure package. This includes a Morocco travel guide written by our team (not a generic printout from the internet), a packing list tailored to your specific itinerary and the season, a cultural briefing covering etiquette, tipping customs, and useful Arabic and French phrases, and practical details about currency, SIM cards, and health precautions. We also provide your guide's direct phone number and your concierge contact details so you know exactly who to reach from the moment you land.

Behind the scenes, we are confirming every reservation, briefing your guide on your preferences and interests, coordinating with hotels on room allocations and special requests (anniversary cakes, dietary needs, early check-ins), and ensuring your vehicles are serviced and ready. By the time you board your flight, every detail of your Morocco experience has been arranged, verified, and double-checked.

5

The Experience

Travel with Confidence

The moment you step off the plane in Morocco, your trip has officially begun -- and we are already there. Your private driver will be waiting at arrivals with a sign bearing your name, ready to transfer you to your first accommodation in a climate-controlled Mercedes or Range Rover. No haggling with taxi drivers, no navigating unfamiliar roads, no stress. Just a cold bottle of water, a warm welcome, and the beginning of something extraordinary.

Your guide joins you the following morning (or the same day, if you prefer). From that point forward, they are your companion, interpreter, historian, foodie advisor, and problem-solver. They know when to narrate and when to let a moment speak for itself. They know the best angle for photographing the Koutoubia minaret at golden hour, the tannery terrace with the least tourist traffic, and the spice vendor who will let you taste everything without pressure to buy.

Throughout your journey, your 24/7 concierge is available by phone, WhatsApp, or text. Need a restaurant recommendation for tonight? Done. Want to extend your stay at a particular riad by a day? We will rearrange the logistics. Feeling unwell and need a doctor? We will have one at your accommodation within the hour. This is what we mean by traveling with confidence: the freedom to be fully present in each moment because someone capable and caring is handling everything else.

Common Questions

Booking FAQ

Everything you need to know about planning, booking, and experiencing your Morocco journey with Serenity.

How far in advance should I book my Morocco trip?

+
We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance for the best availability at luxury accommodations, especially during peak season (October through April). However, we have assembled exceptional last-minute trips in as little as two weeks. For travel during Christmas, New Year, or Easter, 3-4 months advance booking is ideal.

Is there a minimum trip length?

+
We design trips from 3 days to 21 days or longer. However, we recommend a minimum of 5-7 days to experience Morocco meaningfully without rushing. A 7-day itinerary allows you to explore two to three regions in depth, while a 10-14 day journey lets you cover the full spectrum of Moroccan landscapes and culture.

What is included in the quoted price?

+
Our all-inclusive pricing covers private transport in Mercedes or Range Rover vehicles, all accommodations, a dedicated English-speaking guide, all entrance fees and activities listed in your itinerary, meals as specified (typically breakfast daily plus most lunches and dinners), airport transfers, and 24/7 concierge support. International flights, travel insurance, and personal shopping are not included.

Can I make changes to my itinerary after booking?

+
Absolutely. Before departure, you can request unlimited revisions to your itinerary at no charge. During your trip, your guide and concierge have the flexibility to adjust the daily schedule based on your mood, energy level, and spontaneous interests. Want to spend an extra hour at a riad pool? Skip a site and explore a souk instead? Your trip adapts to you, not the other way around.

What is the deposit and payment schedule?

+
We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining 70% due 30 days before departure. We accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely, and you receive a detailed invoice with full breakdowns.

Do I need a visa to visit Morocco?

+
Citizens of most Western countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and all EU member states do not need a visa for stays up to 90 days. Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your entry date. We provide a complete pre-departure briefing that covers visa requirements specific to your nationality.

Is Morocco safe for travelers?

+
Morocco is one of the safest countries in North Africa and is visited by over 14 million tourists annually. With a private guide and driver, the level of security and comfort increases significantly. Your guide handles all navigation, language barriers, and local interactions, allowing you to focus entirely on enjoying your experience. Our 24/7 concierge is also available for any concerns at any time.

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

+
Cancellations made 30 or more days before departure receive a full refund of the deposit. Within 30 days, we offer flexible rebooking to any future date within 18 months at no additional charge, subject to availability. We strongly recommend travel insurance, and can suggest reputable providers who cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and luggage protection.
